This is the sign of a dedicated diver. One who takes his/her diving seriously and won't settle for anything less than being the best. It is also highest amateur rating on PADI's ladder. To achieve this certification you will learn more diving theory and undertake five specialty courses before you are entitled to wear this coveted badge.
