Pattaya is waiting for you...
...and July means
bigger bargains
Many
hotels are slashing prices even though they are
already set at low season rates and most of the
tourist attractions are not busy. Which makes July a
good month to visit Thailand.
It's is also a good month
for diving. The sea temperature is around 30C(86F and that adds to the fun of learning to
dive.
But July is a great month to dive Pattaya whether you are a learner, novice or an
experienced diver.
Never dived before? No problem, sign up
for the PADI Discover Diving course and you can go and dive on a coral reef under the supervision of your PADI Instructor
the following day.
Being
low season makes it a great time to come and enjoy glorious sunshine,
super hotels, wonderful restaurants, swimming with dolphins, pristine
golf courses, legendary night life and scores of fun things to do for
all the family - and from the moment you arrive in town you will be in a buyers'
paradise.
So
what sort of holiday can you expect in Pattaya in July ? Well you can be sure of two things -
fun and sun with the odd shower to cool things down.
Apart from the
weather and bargain prices there are many other reasons why this a great time to
visit Pattaya. Unfortunately
our
day trips to swim
with trained dolphins, are on hold for a few months while the dolphin
park is renovated.
We're
keeping the web page with the details open if you'd like to read about
this fantastic day out - or click to see our short video of one family
at play.
On the
diving side, one of
our most popular courses is for people who have never previously
dived. It's a special one-day course called PADI
Discover Scuba Diving. This is a wonderful opportunity for people who
have thought about learning to dive but aren't sure whether they would
enjoy it.
Here's
how it works. You'll
get a full briefing from your PADI professional scuba instructor as the
dive boat heads to the coral islands. After learning a few
simple skills standing in shallow water by the beach you're off for your first dive, under close supervision.
If you
are already a certified diver you can go for fun dives or maybe take
another course to improve your certification rating and open the way to
sites currently beyond your training.
So come and dive with us.
Experience the magic of
"flying" weightlessly over a coral reef, or explore the four wrecks on
our day trips. At the end of the day's diving join our staff for a cold beer
or two, relax and discuss what you saw while you were exploring
Thailand's under-sea kingdom.
Diving Thailand is a British, family-run, authorised PADI
dive school so you know you will be in safe, properly trained,
professional hands. We are also bonded by the Tourist
Authority of Thailand.
Is your job
secure ? Does your future promise to be fun-filled and exciting? If you answered "no" to
either of those questions then why not join one of our
tailor-made courses which can take you from novice diver to become a PADI professional scuba instructor in just six months.
Unlike other
dive schools we don't demand the full cost of instructor internship
training up-front and non-refundable. With us you simply pay for each
course as you work your way up from being a PADI
Open Water diver to becoming a PADI Open Water Instructor.
That means you can start
your dive instructor training with an outlay of just £83; Euros 91 or
US$ 175*. No other dive shop in Pattaya gets near that price !
*These
prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations

Wreck
Pattaya's newest
wreck was sunk as a diver attraction and artificial reef in 2008. She's
the Luang Khud, a medium-sized landing craft and a sister ship of the
HTMS Khram which was sunk off Pattaya in January 2002.
